Missing Browse & Upload button on Magento 1

The issue comes after upgrading your browser. The issue is with Flash not enabled on your browser.

Here are the instructions for Chrome:

1. Open Chrome and Click on the 3 dots located on the top right

2. Select Settings

3. In the Search settings box, search for Flash

4. Go to Content settings>>Flash

5. In the Allow section, click on the ADD button

6. Enter the website url in the site field and click on ADD

7. Restart browser

8. The buttons should be visible now.
